Homework: Update Logs

First sister Salma went over what our finals are for when we get back from break. The first secction of the Final is a "RAFT" on Macbeth, the second is overarching essay question (that relate to class), the last part of the final is an oral commentary on an unkown topic, we will have 15 minutes to go over the matierial and then we have 7-10 minutes to commnet on it [orally].

After that we went over the SCASI from Act IV scene 2 of Macbeth.

We listened to Act 4 Scene 1 and went over the SCASI for it.
Then we listened to Act 4 Scene 2.
For homework, we have to do SCASI for Act 4 Scene 2.

HW: complete entire SCASI for Macbeth, Act IV. 1

We started off with the weekly spelling test. After that, we reviewed our homework from yesterday and then we began reading (listening to the CD) of Act IV. 1 and completed reading it, including our SCASI homework that was assigned to us.

Thrs. 12/18

1. Macbeth: fini Act III.
--> balance of events as they tip for
and against Macbeth.
HW: 1. finish vocab packet/ study for sp. test.
2. III.6.: compare the kingships of Macbeth
and Duncan.

Today we started reading the last two scenes of Act III in Macbeth.
We listened to the drama and discussed it. But because the
drama was long, we didnt get to the "balance of events".
Homework was to fini rdg the Act and to write the commentary
on scene 6 act III where they discuss Macbeth.

HW: 1. vocab test tomorrow

That day we discussed the commentary that we had previously written during the Eid break.
After discussing about it and comparing the notes, we started Act III of Macbeth with the drama.

First we took out out Homwwork for sister
Salma to Stamp. Then we went over it whitch
was for Act 3 Scene 1. each Pressnted our point.
Then we listened to Act 3 scene 2 and we did a
SCASI for that scene.
Then the class ended.

We finished the SCASI that we started yesterday on scene 2. Then we listened to the radio version of scene 3 and did a verbal SCASI for it. After that, we enacted act 3, scene 4 of Macbeth, with everyone playing a part and action included. After enacting the scene, we listened to the scene. For homework, we should do vocab exercise 4 and update our character and word logs for Macbeth. We should also do SCASI for scene 4. We don't have to do scene three because we did it in class.
