SCRIBE NOTES
1)Vocab Lesson 12
We didn't get to actually do this today, because we had to copy a poem down
2)Poetry Commentary:
Guidelines: Sister Salma told us the guidelines for writing a poetry commentary on a poetry exam. One should read over the poem in question a few times, paraphrase each stanza, do Scasi for it, and then figure out the overall theme for the poem. Then one should write a outline for the commentary. After going over the guidelines, we followed these stpes on a poem called "Astronauts", and discussed it in class.
HM:
1) Vocab Exercise 1 and 2
2)Write an outline for the poem "My Father", which we copied down in class from the board.
